Ordered on line. Got an email saying it was ready at 5:53pm. Went to the location. Order was not there. Went to Panera in 95th in oak lawn. They said my order was not there. Went to another panera. They said it was not there. Went back to this Panera again and asked the cashier about the order. She said I was in the right panera. Been driving for an hour. They said they are just getting the order ready now. By that time it was 7pm already. On line ordering has to be defective somehow. Terrible
