This place used to be a great spot to grab delicious food. Lately there is a lot to be desired. Orange Lettuce? Come on would you eat it? Tonight's the kicker. I ordered another salad added one extra dressing and paid for five croutons since they only give you one. Well we got none. I get customer service is a thing of the past but can't we at least follow up on order's? Very sad day when a family favorite is no more.

Always a problem when I order from there. Ordered a salad and a pizza and when the driver showed up he said he forgot the salad. Called the restaurant and even thought he salad was made it was going to be another hour for it to be delivered. Terrible service.

Absolutely terrible. only good thing pizza arrived on time. I have had lou malnati's pizza before years ago downtown and it was awesome. I use to brag about it being the best. What I got saturday night was garbage 70$ for 2 pizzas that I was embarrassed to serve to my family for my wife's birthday. The thin crust was rock hard barely could eat the cheese off of it what pieces you could eat were dripping with grease. The deep dish was edible but not good. I was thoroughly disappointed and will not order from lou malnati's again
