Came for an oil change. Left with a list of additional needed repairs. They keep it real. Waiting for an oil change may challenge your patience. 3 hours is about average for them. Don't freak out about it. Anyone in a hurry can always try the jiffy lube around the corner on Cicero Ave. Expect a wait.

I can only conclude based on my experience that this dealership does not care about EV owners. The charging stations out front were recently upgraded, which should’ve been a positive. According to dealership personnel, this upgrade was at the insistence of Nissan corporate. For several months after the upgrade. the chargers were mostly inoperative. I kept checking in approximately weekly and would report on the current status to dealership personnel. It was clearly not a priority. Recently, I checked back in and was pleased to find that the charger was working. Today, however, I attempted to charge there, and the charging spots were blocked by two non-EV vehicles. According to dealership personnel, one of those vehicles belongs to the owner!! (A PR clear statement that they don’t care about EVs!). The other belongs to a random customer. Dealership personal declined to enforce the posted restriction that those spots are reserved for EVs to charge. They actually advised me to go down the street and charge my car at Amazon Fresh! If you’re looking for a dealership that embraces EV owners, don’t come here!!!

Terrible this place took my truck to repair it is under warranty the battery was damaged. They changed the battery but they gave it to me worse now the truck is loosening by itself I spoke with the manager and his response was if you don't like it, take it somewhere else. I do not recommend this dealership to repair your cars.

The service department was great, however, the individual that did my repairs, killed my rims when he put the new tires on my car. It looks like he took a grinder to my rims and all the markings he left on my tire was very strange.
