I think it's absolutely absurd that I have to call in to let nurses know that my sister needs to be changed after being in the same diaper all night long and it's 11:00 a.m. and then when I call in to let the nurse know that my sister needs a nurse in her room she says yeah I'm sending someone back there and then hangs up. I don't appreciate the rudeness I don't appreciate the lack of concern I don't appreciate it being 11:00 and her still being in a wet dance diaper after calling herself for hours. The reason I won't use her name is because I know behind the scenes of nursing homes and I know very well that she'll be punished for speaking out so I won't say her name but I will say that I am very disgusted and I will be going to the board about this because I do work for a very very well established nursing home up north.
