doesn’t deserve any stars. the owners are fraudulent and scammers. i witnessed first hand the owner taking the instant tickets and checking to see if they had won, and put the winners to the side and restock the non-winning tickets to the shelves for customers to continue to buy, while keeping the winner tickets for themselves. as a bystander i noticed when a customer asked what she was doing, the owner got defensive and snapped that she could do whatever she wants as it is her store. claiming she was going to now buy those tickets. would never come back again. and i recommend to all lottery players to go somewhere else so you’ll have a fair chance.
