We came at 9:00 in the morning. It’s now 7:00 at night we had nothing to eat nothing to drink. This is the worst thing I have ever experienced.It been 10 hours

they had me waiting for two hours at the clinic and shushed me when i tried to tell them i’ve been waiting to be called for my appointment. then they refused to do my physical at all because of my anxiety diagnosis in my chart even though my school said that isn’t a reason to be turned away. so incredibly rude and disrespectful. don’t be a nurse if you can’t do your job and be kind

I mean they treat it and tell you to go to a regular doc. Chronic lower back pain needs long term care.
If paying out of pocket, $24 to administer and no additional charge if read by Advocate. I am one of the MOA'S that works there full time
The cost depends on the type of service you're getting. The cost for various things are reasonable if you have to pay out-of-pocket but they do take insurance as well.
