Absolutely horrible the most unprofessional and rudest individuals i have ever met not only at the the southern ave facility but monica or monique at the customer service center. The management at southern ave is absolutely ridiculous the outside door to the facility has been broken for over 5 months and has still yet to be fix. How am to feel if i dont feel like my belongings are safe. These are suppose to be sliding doors. Nit to mention the piles of trash around and inside the facility

They will lock your unit the day your credit card number changes, but it’s been over a week since Ive paid and my until is not u locked. Ohhh, they also don’t answer the phone, so you kind of just have to come by and see if they have unlocked your unit. So…you know, one start for not allowing me to access my stuff.

Our self-storage unit leases are on a month-to-month basis with no required length of stay.
Gate codes are unique to each customer and are assigned at check in. For assistance with your code, or if you forgot/lost your code, please contact the store manager.

Yes, we do have a Military Discount! We are proud to offer a 5% discount, valid for all active or soon to be active military personnel, at our storage facilities.

We ask that you provide written notice 10 days prior to the end of your lease term.
No, we do not offer moving services. Our store manager can give you moving company recommendations though - just contact us!
Yes, we do offer online bill payment! Just visit our website and click "Pay Online" in the upper right-hand corner.
You can access your unit 7 days a week during gate hours from 6:00 am - 10:00 pm using your access code. Our store manager is only available Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm / Saturday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm / Sunday: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.
Idk but they have great move in specials and great staff and evening facilities and I don't even like DC
To the best of my knowledge , if you can prove that. It is your storage bin they will cut the lock off at a charge

I will say on top of the truck and stuff you need keep at least 100 extra. It's a just In case. You might need gas or food or even pay the helpers.
