If paying out of pocket, $24 to administer and no additional charge if read by Advocate. I am one of the MOA'S that works there full time
There are two separate costs. One is to administer the test and the other is to read the test. I don't remember the exact cost but it's between $60 - $75 total. Hope this helps.
