Sauces on traditional wings wew not tossed in. Basically had 40 plain wings since sauce dripped out of carry containers. Server did not verify the order so I had to pull out all the containers and go through everything. Not sure if it was the manager that took my order, but also payed for a drink that I asked for while I waited for my ordered. The order showed up before my drink and the manager that took my order.

Yes. You will need reservations...Also keep in mind you might have to show your vaccination card as well if you plan on dining in
The Covid-19 safety protocols are terrible. I went to pick up food and they allowed about 8 people to stand in the small area between the two sets of doors. Although there was an ample amount of staff available to assist customers and move the line along swiftly only one staff member, the manager, was the person predominantly helping customers. Since a customer in front of me was having a plethora of issues with his order I decided to ask to see my order before I left. I also asked the staff person if her hands were clean before she touched my food; apparently they were not. There wasn't any hand sanitizer nearby for her to clean her hands but she left for about 5 minutes and returned wearing gloves. Unfortunately, my order was messed up.
