My father had dementia and was in the long term care wing. He was there from May of 2021 till his death May of 2022. The care that he received was excellent. His daytime Nurse Gayle and CNA Susanna were fantastic. We could not say enough about the care that he received from these two ladies. My father could be difficult at times and they new exactly how to take him from a bad mood to a good mood. He was always shaved and bathed and was in good spirits. If there were any changes to his medication or his health, we would always receive a call from Gayle letting us know what was happening. My family never had to worry about his care when we knew they were there. We feel that we were very fortunate to have them care for him. I would also like to mention two other staff members that also took care of him, his evening Nurse Patel and CNA Destiny who was there when Susanna was off. At the time that he passed he was under Hospice. They were very supportive and caring. On behalf of my family Thank you for taking such good care of him.

They discharged a patient who needed at home care without anything put in place. They were told that if this person would not walk he could not make it at home. He was sent back to the hospital the same day ProMedica discharged him unable to walk.

My friend was put in this place after suffering seizures .She is being fed through the stomach by a tube because she can't eat solid foods well yet.She also broke her hip while in the hospital. She already had some brain damage from an aneurysm she had years ago.She was in this place one week and suffered seizures again,an infection, and bleeding in the stomach. She had to be put in a NCCU unit in the hospital. She is still in the hospital and I fear her returning to this place.I would like to know how so many things went wrong in a week.I think she is not being taken care of properly. They probably didn't give her her medications on time and did something with that feeding tube to start an infection and bleeding. I'm afraid for her to go back but her sister is the one who has the say so.

No stars given! This place is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. MY mother wasn’t there 24 hours and was in the rose pain due to an open wound from being in the hospital for 30 days. Her bandages were not changed and due to the fact my mother screamed all night in pain. She was told to SHUT UP. THEY DIDNT KNOW ME.my mother came over from Little Company….when she told me this along with not being able to get dialysis because they couldn’t LIFT HER, i was livid. They sent her to the hospital for testing didnt call and notify thefamil and they didnt send her with her phone to call. I WENT OFF, the administratior JENNIFER BAAINCO is full of it. She put her hands in my face and i blacked out. Of course when i reacted she called the police but i dont care. They told my mother SHUT UP all night. I filed a complain with the state and I’m not resting until something is done. And i dont think they have camera because after a certain time they just don’t answer the phone.i dont recommend this place unless you want to catch a case. And i wont stop until something is done

Come in and talk to the administrator to set something up
Generally visiting hrs are from 8am to 8pm. However you can call ahead for the attending nurse to unlock the door if visiting earlier. Its fine if staying late and many family members stay the night.
Very neglectful people. Showed up at 2 pm . the bed wasn't, garbage can overflowing, used rubber glove on the floor. So sad how they mistreat people. Not only this one but others as well. 😡☹😞
