They can be very kind, but 8 live down the block and I wither get hung up on without anyone saying hello (and I can't tell its answered) or ignored. When I walk in not 2 to 3 minutes later, no ones on a phone, little to no patients are there and it is very apparent the ignoring of the phone call is intentional. Also, I have had a medical situation for 3 months. I have had 6 appointments canceled by this clinic due to numerous reasons. Im in pain, can't go to an ER due to the risk of the virus. This is awful.
