Moved in May 21st Shannon was our leasing person she was so nice, helpful, and always answered the phone. We moved in on Saturday so melody helped us with the paperwork and she was also pleasant. The pool has been closed for I think 3 weeks now which is unfortunate since it’s the summer. Hopefully it’s back up soon I’ve been trying to go to the oakleaf homes pool but they’re strict.

Management is a joke in this place. I don't know his name, but there's this old guy that is the main manager and he is extremely rude. I talk to the maintenance team and they agree that he is extremely difficult and rude. They shut down the pool for over a month because of a few tiles on the floor outside the pool that needs to be replaced and they're still charging us for a pool we can't use. If they gave us a discount it would be ok. But not even that. A few tiles takes a day or two to fix. But because people are complaining, they're just extending this longer and making us pay for it. Screw this place and that old manager dude. Prices are high, but that's everywhere. The problem is mainly management and his horrible personality.

Here Comes the Sun!

Came to the property to evaluate a new home. I evaluated two units, the pool area & the clubhouse and was very impressed with what I saw. Many apartment complexes are not upgrading their facilities and staying competitive, this complex is doing a great job & from what I saw I would highly recommend them. Staff was friendly and informative as well.

The office staff is amazingly helpful and the pool is sparkling. Property is kept very clean.
