Location, Location, location. Hood ,the door I seen opens outward not safe at all. Management can't get the materials maintenance needs to door a good job.

It's beautiful here, but the reality of being a resident here is quite ugly. If you value your car, peace of mind, and life... Then STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! You've been warned! If you have no other choice then make sure you have an alarm for your vehicle and install a camera with audio on your window to monitor your vehicle... Even if you live in the very far back of the complex. Park on the same side of the building that your window is facing to keep an eye out. Not a safe place for children either! Watch your kids and keep them safe, please!

I have been with out AC for over a month. I have 3 small children and the living conditions are unbearable. You would think for how much they just raised my rent that I would have better living conditions. If no action is taken I will go to the local news to get my problem solved. This is very unacceptable. I pay my high rent every month (although this is supposed to be affordable and income restricted) and deserve way better!

Is this apartment low income based? if so I have family coming from out of town a mother and a child needs a place to stay. Do you sent application via email? do you have a spot available?

I am a current resident, yes they are income based, I dont think they send the application via email, but you might be able to call and have them do it that way...they are fairly reasonable

You fill out form answering questions about income, work, household size etc and they're gonna want the typical information all apartments wanna know- background, rental history, jail time etc etc...If' I'm not mistaking the app was 60.00 and the background was 100.00.. Happy hunting 🙂

I’m excited about moving here! I’ve completed my application for a 2/2 unit, but I have a question? Does the application process take a long time? If I put a $100 hold for the unit, will I get it back if I’m not approved?
