I am 58 years old. I have worked for local government for 26.6666 years. Do I have to have the full thirty years to draw my full retirement or will 29 years due? I have enough time according to the county. I don't know if I have enough for NC Retirement System to get full benefits. I am told that I fall under the"grandfathered in" group. Please advise.
