Their promotion for Audible yearly membership is the same that Audible offers to anyone. When you read the AARP promotion you think you are getting a deal but you are not. I tried twice to email AARP to bring this to light and both responses were not helpful at all and did not acknowledge this "non benefit". Then I called and got the same issue. What am I paying for?

I am trying to clarify the change in my bank account to continue AUTO Pay of premiums The latest was a letter from Salt Lake CITY asking for routing and account number which was mailed about a week ago. Has this change been made?
