Since reopening after the pandemic shutdown, they are still the same. Very nice the staff is. It’s not really crowded like it used to be because I don’t think ppl know their back open again. Overall great alternative for rainy days:-)

I booked a birthday party for last weekend and paid half the cost of the price. I had family members who drove from out of town. When I got there for the party the business was closed due to COVID. However, not once was I notified and they also took my money knowing that they’re closed. I haven’t been able to get in contact with anyone to get a refund. I will never support this business again. Unprofessionalism at its best!

Very unprofessional, I book online during the coronavirus for my son birthday and paid for the deposit online , however they couldn’t book it because of the coronavirus but they refused to give me my deposit back. Be careful booking online.

It's for the kids so I guess about 15 to 25 kids.
Its a per person charge. Adults pay too. Dont remember the exact cost but it was around $35 for my wife, my toddler, and I to go.

The price is $10 for an hour. $15 for unlimited access. You have to wear socks, because they don't allow shoes or bare feet since the kids are all over the place. It's a pretty cool place. There's a little food place up stairs and they also have a video game room as well as an art room.
It is a good place for children and very convenient.
