Jessica should not be allowed to work here. She is extremely condescending and rude. When I asked her to explain the amount, she muttered "Oh God". So I kindly asked if she couldn't explain it, to please transfer me to someone who could. She also requested irrelevant documents not needed, making me waste my time chasing down documents. Do not speak to Jessica. She will make you regret even asking for help in the first place, make you feel like you don't deserve the help you're asking for, and treat you like you're a hobo looking for a handout. (Suprise! Some of us are well educated and just affected by the pandemic.) Only writing this review because the other workers blew off my complaint request, but at least they didn't treat me like garbage. Shame on you, Jessica. If you don't like helping people, get a new job!

Everyone is awesome there. It's so nice to deal with them, when you're in need of help or assistance, they do everything they can with a smile... Even with masks on you can see the smile in their eyes.

Most recently, my Fiancee and I applied for some rental assistance. We both have been layed up due to personal injury & total joint replacement surgery. Timing was horrible and the recovery was long and painful. We were behind on rent and just about all our bills were delinquent, but Suewellyn and Laura worked hard in getting the help we desperately needed. Thank you so much!!! They have been very helpfull case managers named Jaclyn and Jose they have been really nice and very helpful and go above and beyond with the process of helping with finding out who else could help you out with your plans for a new start in living some place else.
