If I could give them a 0 I would. First of all, I spoke with someone at the front desk that told me my daughter could be seen and scheduled the appointment. I told her that I will not be able to make it to the appointment due to my work schedule. So my sister will be taking my daughter to the appointment. She proceeded to say, “oh well that’s fine. She can still be seen.” They send out all these confirmation emails and text messages asking you to confirm their appointment. So of course I did. My sister takes my daughter to the appointment and they are telling her she can not be seen because a consent form was not signed. All of this should have been addressed in the beginning when I (the mother) told the person at the front desk I could not make the appointment. They seem unorganized and they definitely don’t have their ducks in a row. What a waste of time invested and a joke.

Today is my first day walking into Orthodontist. The customer service and d welcoming was nice , the staff were so friendly and nice , Excellent service

Very nice staff and super accommodating, also super gentle while working on your teeth. The lady who worked on my teeth today was super gentle that I had no pain afterwards she was very sweet (didn’t quite get her name). Always enjoy coming to my appointments (:
