I am greatly dissatisfied with this reality agency I would never reccomend them and the process they go through to sell homes. I have tried to contact the Broker in Charge several times with no response which is the another reason for this review. In the beginning of the home buying process we were pressed and pushed to make a number of very expensive renovations and changes ( a 4 page list ) in order to list my home at the price I wanted . I was told several times without these renovations it wouldn’t be possibly to list at the price I was hoping for. So I did what my realitor advised and made the renovations and it put me in the red financially with nothing back on home sale or no increase on listing price . This company gave a list of numerous people in “ their network “ to use for the repairs claiming to get a good deal . I had several issues with the people they referred us to that weren’t licensed or insured. Beware They hire 3rd party independent contractors which indeed did horrible work and we are stuck with it having to hire other contractors to fix it. There’s a possibility this company also receives a small referral credit for getting these companies business ! All during the entire process these agents try to convince me there’s a method scientifically and factually and that they have serious professionals doing market adjustments and suggestions behind the scenes that ensure this and that. It’s a fraud .. it’s not true they aren’t any better than anyone else. Also I hired a realitor and once I signed the paper I never seen her again she sent her “ assistant “ I never met before this for months to handle everything. I feel like they send strong sales realitors out to seal the deal make it look like they are serious and a strong heavy handed company when in reality they are over worked and care for quantity vs quality. Bad experience , unable to rectify the problems because I can’t get in touch with the BIC. Over 10k in renovations for nothing. I would not recommend them. Period. Stick with someone who truly cares about your finances your home and you.
