Mark Steward has always been very professional, honest and extremely knowledgeable about each house that we’ve sold or purchased with him. Mark is always helpful with great advice. My wife and I have recommended him to many of our friends and they have all been very satisfied with having him as their agent. You can’t go wrong with Mark Steward Team when it comes to selling or buying a home!

What is the fastest growing market in Wake County? If I was looking to not be in the city of Raleigh, tell me about different areas?

Mark Steward Team Keller Williams Raleigh | Oct 11, 2021

Thanks Freddie for this awesome question! The entire county is very fast growing and continues to even during this Covid period. We have relocations from all over the world which I am happy to have assisted in finding homes in a variety of price points and areas. We have a tremendous amount of vibrant cities within the county and each are different in terrain, location, amenities, etc. The best way for us to discuss this variety is to find out what you are looking for in your home and then I can suggest all the areas where there are homes that fit your price point and we can research those areas so you can decide for yourself if they offer what you desire. Let's meet and begin this discussion to get you into your new home!

If I am looking to sell my parents older ranch home, how important is staging in the process?

Freddie Heath _ Staff - MiddleSchoolPrograms | Oct 11, 2021
Mark Steward Team Keller Williams Raleigh | Oct 11, 2021

Thanks Freddie for this great question! Staging is a very important aspect of the home promotion as over 90% of potential buyers begin searching on the Internet via photographs. The photos need to represent the home at its best and staging helps to achieve that. Luckily, I am a certified stager and can assist with getting your home ready for the photos! Let's meet at the house and discuss soon.

What parts of Raleigh are best if I need to commute to UNC Chapel Hill for work? Also, how can I look at schools in the area?

Freddie Heath _ Staff - MiddleSchoolPrograms | Oct 11, 2021
Mark Steward Team Keller Williams Raleigh | Oct 11, 2021

Thanks Freddie for this great question! We have people that commute in a variety of ways all over the area. So many people enjoy living in one area but working in another which creates the commute question. Luckily, we have a good transportation system that allows for smooth commutes via roads for driving and bus system if you don't want to drive. As to the schools in Wake County, our area is growing quickly and the assignments change frequently. When we meet and narrow your area of where to purchase the home, we can look at the Wake County School map of present schools and newly opening schools to find out which one will be the option for the upcoming year for your children.
