Waited in the line for 30 minutes just for them to tell me they couldn't cash my check for one letter off when they cashed it last week at the same location spelled the same way chose another location. I've been with wells fargo for 12 years never experienced this b4 almost closed my account

Every single time I come it’s a long wait. Not even a long line just a long wait, I do not hinder stand what takes so long . Very nice people but super slow . Extremely frustrating. Makes me want to stop banking here. And the ATM is always down.

I'd never make appt with them....they dont want our germs....they take ur money gladly but cant seem to open there doors at all branches...covid excuses...

They not accept cash deposit to someone else has to deposit a money order or a personal check, good luck
