Terrible experience they take over 20 min to answer and they give some people hard times to renew their benefits. I feel totally discriminated against the way they are doing me. I had a chiropractor signing my paperwork now all of a sudden this year it's not good enough and they suddenly changed the rules of who can sign it. Praying cause God has the last say ..these people are cruel and could care less about people.
