I called yesterday and yes call them and they will make a appointment for you. If you're needing a ss card replaced then they don't make appointment's for that, you have to print the online application off of the site fill it out and mail it into the office.
I'm not sure if you can have an actual in person appointment but I'm sure they have some way,zoom etc.,that they are able to help ppl now
