I love Dr. Try! Her personality, knowledge and professionalism make her an all around awesome doctor. I drive 45 minutes to see her. Also, her staff at the front desk, medical assistant and lady who helped me choose glasses were wonderful!!!!!! Thank you for another awesome experience! I recommend y’all all the time.

I found they had plenty of frames to choose from. It is not a huge amount, as maybe you might find in Lens Crafters or whatever. But for New Bern, it is more than adequate. I saw frames in styles for everyone--I even found my next pair in purple, which pleases me very much. I am pretty sure they sell prescription sun glasses too. But I only have regular and reading glasses from there.

My insurance did not cover the retina photo. Last time it was 30 dollars, this time 39. I feel it is reasonable as I am high risk for issues the photo helps the doctor see what is going on. My eye exam was covered, so I do not have the cost. I am sure they will tell you the prices though, if you call or stop in and ask. I find them quite polite about these matters.
