Friendly staff, clean facilities, and wonderful campsites to enjoy camping and fishing from the piers. Though generally full, it is a quiet peaceful place to commune with Nature. They provide activities for all age groups, including swimming and a playground for the little campers. They also provide cabins for the less adventurous camper.

Stayed Sept 2022. It's great. We were on front row with site of river with great view of sunset. Sat on the pier and watched fish jumping. Very clean and friendly staff. Would stay again.

New Bern KOA is such a great little campground. Sites are nice and pretty roomy, not a whole lot of shade on most sites, but lots of trees and green all around campground. Ponds, river access, nice shower/restroom facilities, a great camp store and tons of fun for the kids. Definitely recommend.

Great camp ground. Friendly staff. Yes they have pull through sites. Contact the campground they will be more than helpful with and questions you may have. Enjoy your stay.

Yes have a community building that they have events in but only holds like 30

The manager is nice and Ryan is nice but everyone else doesn't work good. As forth, it's kinda hard for a handicapped person to get into the small cabins

There's a swimming pool where you can swim, and two fishing lakes where you cannot swim. I don't know if you can swim in the river directly connected to the KoA, but if you drove away from the campsite you may be able to swim there
You can pay monthly I don't wanna post rates because I could be wrong. It's well worth the price whatever you pay, but you need to call to see if they even have an opening for long term they stay pretty booked!

There are bike paths there but I'm not sure if they go all the way back into town, I don't think so
Walmart, on mlk jr blvd, sells fish licenses.
Yes it is dog friendly. I thought the dog park was adaquit for my two very large dogs to play. And it is separated in two so if your dog isn't out going it doesn't have feel intimidated.
