Has to be the most unfriendly staff I’ve ever met. I walked in not a single person greeted me, and there was maybe 2-3 other patrons in the store. I was searching the Vera Bradley section and had reached up for a bag and had an employee come up behind me, I’m sure because she thought I wouldn’t put the display back together like they had it. But considering I’ve worked customer service, I did. As I was walking around the store I heard other patrons being greeted upon entering the store. Definitely won’t be getting a dime from me.

This place is great at finding a gift for a loved one or something cute for yourself, I bought a gift for my grandmother here. I went ahead and got in-line and patiently waited for 10 minutes because the lady in front of me decided to sign up for the rewards program. All fine and dandy. I get out of the store and I realized I spent way too much of my lunch break in the store and decided to walk next door and get take out from the Japanese restaurant instead of moving my car. I get back to my car and there are employees getting a FedEx shipment in and they notice me and I’m about to get in my car. One employee looks at me and I think she thought I only used y’all’s parking lot to use the business next door so she says, “you know if you’re going to park there, you need to bring US food” - I laughed it off- but when I opened my door and saw the gift I just bought from the store I honestly wanted to walk back inside and return it. I just spent my money and time in your store. Just not cool.

Great for my purpose. I was looking for a Father's Day card for my son. I was very disappointed in the cards and selection at other places, but Banner's Hallmark had a large selection and very appropriate cards. Should have came here first!
