They don't answer the phone..how do you make an appointment?

These folks are impossible to reach by mail or by phone You need a computer and multiple pass codes. they do NOT answer their mail or make any effort to answer. I have tried for 5 months to change my direct deposit bank They stop you from entering the building for "Safety"
