Which location, Amherst is worst in person
I'm really disappointed with the Avis/Budget merger. I feel like the service is worse than ever. COVID really made people forget what customer service is all about. Not one bit surprised you had a poor experience. My rental smelled like marijuana, was a smaller model than paid for and they offered me an "I'm sorry", rather than a comp on my next rental. Didn't even try once to make it right.
