This location is absolutely PHENOMENAL. I work for Erie County and we rented a mini van for a work conference in Albany in June. The mini van had an odor when we received it and while in Albany, a tire went flat. They did offer to trade out the vehicle but we declined. The managers called me directly daily to ensure things were okay. There was no damage to the tire so I added air a few times and we were able to get home with no issues. I advised the home location that the tire would need replacing upon return and they were fine with that. David was the manager that helped and reached out. There was another gentlemen that had assisted me but I lost that business card. Both were respectful, concerned, and did not treat me differently for being a woman, which I personally appreciate immensely. The entire office was clean and well staffed. None of the customers in the office had to wait for service. Everyone was greeted politely and promptly by an employee. Each employee was dressed well and appeared clean. Being in that area of Buffalo the businesses are hit and miss with professionalism. This location is killing it!! I live about 25 minutes away from this location but I can assure you that if I need a rental in the future, I will 100% be going through these gentlemen. I have also reiterated to my commissioner that we should continue to support this location. We are heading to Rochester in August for another work trip and I plan to reach out to them again to schedule our vehicle.

These guys are amazing! I told them that I saw bad reviews online and I was nervous about renting with them because of it. I'm happy I was wrong. Also, I got into a car accident and they were super professional and dismissed my fears(I purchased everything). These guys are good! Go early!!!

Wouldn't rent from enterprise they suck but yes of course there will be fees as well as future tpll fees for u when they return your rental to your original rental location

Most of the cars are N.Y. inspected and registered. Just ask for a N.Y. car and I'm sure you will get what you need. Under 25 years old might be higher deposit down though. Not sure about that one.
