It was very easy for pickup and drop of the car. The rental car is just opposite to the terminal which u can cross the road and enter. No need for taking any shuttle. Easy to go.

Awesome! Literally almost half the price for a premium suv than the other companies. The Ford Expedition was pristine clean, and waiting for us. The check in was very organized and quick. All of the staff staff were friendly, polite and efficient. Win for Alamo!!!

Arrived shortly after 6am about a week plus ago and Matt took excellent care of me, told him briefly about my terrible morning and he listened, along with the exceptional customer service he was able to bump me into a nicer vehicle. No there is no Restrictions. I always rent from Alamo and drive to Canada with no problem. Just ensure that you stay away from the toll roads in Canada because they don't have toll booths and when they bill Alamo, they charge you for the toll plus a other fees...
