Terrible people work over there! I rent a car that was unsafe to drive, went back to them and they said there is nothing they can do about it! Very unprofessional with bad attitude! Unsafe vehicles!

The Manager Alyssa is very rude, unprofessional, and lacks any customer service skills. I had an insurance reservation, Hertz text me the night before regarding pickup service to transport me from the auto body shop to the Hertz location and told me to call the local number at least an hour before pickup. I called well ahead several times with no answer. I found my own ride and arrived to the Hertz to find Alyssa who was very cold and said oh well I’ve been busy and don’t have any cars until Monday and insurance reservations aren’t priority. She then changed the location of my reservation to another location. When I asked for her Supervisor info or corporate, she refuse do and told me to google it. I asked for her name and she refused to give me her last name. She even threatened to cancel my reservation which I agreed to keep at the location she changed it to to avoid having to deal with her poor attitude again. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I will never rent from them again.
