Only good thing about this location were some of the people. I did pay a decent price, but there were so many hiccups when receiving the car that it wasn't worth it. I had to wait 45 minutes for a car seat that I reserved ahead of time, both cars that I was supposed to drive had low tire pressure warnings going off, I had to return with the car to get the air filled on the tires, some employees seemed like they cared, but there were others that just straight up ignored us when attempting to get their attention.

The line to get the car was literally out the door and then BOTH the USB phone chargers shorted out halfway through the trip so we couldn’t charge our phones, do navigation, or listen to music, which were the entire reasons we asked for a premium vehicle. We were left driving through dangerous mountain roads with no phones and no GPS because of this piece of junk car. Waste of money, terrible experience.

Buffalo location: I signed up for Fastbreak to simplify picking up car. At arrival, told the kiosk was not working and I could not get car without going through line. Line was more than 20 customers, waited over an hour. Texts, calls, chats were useless. No live person on phone, chat assistant told me to call for assistance. When I got up to agent, no apology for long delay and told that as first time Fastbreak renter my card needed to be validated (really? Everyone else can validate a card online!). Then the car was not ready, there were at least 4 people waiting for cars, so I took our car dirty and unwashed to save time. Also, asked to have the chat session emailed, she did not send it to me.

I am sure they start at 18yrs old, but there will be a surcharge between 80 to 100$ a day added on. That goes away one u turn 21.

They charge you the actual toll plus $15 for every toll transaction. They charged me $57 for $12 toll. Worse place ever to rent a car.

Oh all rental agencies always do that - if the recording gives an option for road assistance or something, try that if you there is an urgency. They do get annoyed but they don't test your patience.
I think it depends on what you ordered... My boss ordered the car for me on Orbitz and the itinerary clearly stated "unlimited miles". My car cost about that much for unlimited, but keep in mind I got a "compact". Anything nicer is going to be more expensive. Sorry for the non-answer but hope it helps!
