I tried to get dental help because im currently in pain and my husband was speaking for me and i got accused of saying they didn’t know what they were doing but i wasn't even speaking and got hung up on while trying to explain that i had already been assisted to there practice

Forgot about an appointment. Called to tell them the next morning and asked if they were going to charge me the $50 chair fee and they said yes. Been going there for over 20 years and never missed one. Told them I could have lied and said my grandson broke his arm and had to take him to the hospital but I guess honesty and loyalty doesn't matter anymore. Goodbye Advantage Dentistry!

Why do hang up on people, then when they call back, you turn on the machine to reject calls, even though your site says it is during active business hours?
