As far as dental visits go, my 1st visit as a new patient was top-notch. Reception knew what they were doing and were polite and professional. The hygienist was precise, skilled & pleasant. Dr. Masud was great & kind. The office is state of the art with the newest x-ray equipment. Everything was aesthetically pleasing and clean.

Today was not the best day for me and True Smiles and it’s highly unfortunate. The first few times I stepped in they were the kindest individuals… today I missed my appointment by 25 minutes (it’s understandable that they would be on edge) but it was not intentional…. I called last Saturday and I was told I’d be seen the following Saturday the 19th (the correct date was the 17th) . I work nights and it wouldn’t be the first time I walked in after a night shift for an appointment… my phone was on silent because I was at work and I ubered there so I’d make it in time for my 9:30 appointment…. I had my times wrong it was suppose to be 9oclock. Honest accident. And the way I feel I was treated was not understanding or polite at all. There was a young woman in another office listening to my concern with Amanda I believe her name is and I was telling her I received a call at like 8 something this morning but couldn’t answer because I was with a guest. I called back and got no answer… the young lady in the back made it seem as if I was lying and goes “yeah check the phone number because I also called at 9” as if I did something wrong by telling my truth. Awful. Everyone seems on edge and it was really Univiting…. I have been seen by them a couple times and each time was amazing !!!! Today I assume true colors are being shown and now I feel I have no dentist in buffalo that’ll be welcoming and efficient. It’s almost pointless if all offices are gonna great guest as if we are bother to them for needing their services and expertise…… unhappy!!!
