My husand has fought for this country. And bc he is 24 and not 25 we were denied a room we had already reserved. And it wasnt until i stepped in the office I was informed of said policy...I call BS

Not a question. But couldnt post a review i drove soo long just to get there and called twice and was never informed you had to be 25 until im at the front desk. This is poor service in my opinion and the hardships i had to face bc of the misinformation has made me very unhappy with the staff.

I've never heard of that b4 director happened to you. But then I'm 59

I've been staying at the Windsurfer since 1996 when they first opened. I would definitely recommend talking to Ms Cynthia about any concerns you might have.
