Overall, wasn’t too thrilled with the service, to be honest. Our first night there, we found out our shower didn’t work (the temperature of the water was either super hot or cold, no in between.) The maintenance employee tried to play it off that he fixed it and my boyfriend asked about the water temperature. The guy then was honest and said it was either hot or cold. They then put us in a different room for our first night, when we paid for a ocean front room and didn’t have that. Then we couldn’t really do anything our first full day of our vacation, because they said that we had to stick around and wait for a call saying that we could move our stuff back to our original room after they had the shower fixed. The employees weren’t very personable. We got the call midday and had to move all of our stuff again. We genuinely were understanding, but I feel like the whole situation could have been handled a little better personally. — The room also had a weird smell to it. I can’t fully describe it but the smell was not a good one. It smelt dirty. — Despite all of this, we made our vacation the best we could! Trying to be out of the room as much as possible. Always have to look for the positive!

So happy i selected this place. Its only about 10 min from the airport. Got here before check in time, but they let us leave our luggage. Ran some errands, they called us when the room was ready. Everything was nice and clean enough room for the five us, we had an ocean view, right at the beach. Front desk staff very friendly and was helpful with answering our questions about places to go and eat. Would definitely recommend this place.

It's an older style hotel. Could use a lot of updates on the interior. Beds and pillows are super comfortable. We had an ocean front view and that was great! Nice balcony to relax on. The pools were nice. The hot tub was subpar, and the reason I say that is it's the old concrete style and the concrete isn't cleaned regularly, looked like mildew on it and the lights in it were yellow.. nobody has to be a genius to figure out why yellow lights in a hot tub is a bad idea .. looked like you were soaking in urine. , if you can get passed that it was OK.

I can’t even give it a zero! We went to check into our room for the first time and a man opened our “clean unauthorized” room. The security guard made the comment she seen a bunch of stuff there, but never thought anything of it. This room supposedly had been clean for several days. The front desk ask him to leave and we got a full refund and left! Jeremy was extremely helpful with getting us out of there. I didn’t feel safe at all after that. I felt creeped out and I will make sure to never stay here again. How does a homeless man get into a room? How did housekeeping and security not see this? The security guard told me our situation happens at other places.. no it doesn’t. That’s not normal!
