There's families of roaches in Tamarus Park. That's why they're always sending the pest.man every week. But he is also snitching on you and spying on you and giving all the info to Shelly to use against you in case they want to evict you.
Tneca, Unfortunately I believe it is because Las Vegas is more transient (more in and out of people) and because most people find it normal to have some level of roaches. We do NOT find it normal and do everything in our power to eliminate them completely. We treat every single unit, whether you call it in or not. Every week a new building is selected for treatment and the residents are given notice of the upcoming treatment. We are very proactive. As for any pest issue, we are on top of it, especially if we have a proactive resident working with us. Our companies policy is zero tolerance when it comes to roaches I hope that you give us a chance to meet your expectations. Sheazelle Stratton, Manager
