Im a planning on becoming a new resident ? What do you guys think about the place? Now ? Also my dad lived in these a couple years back and they were pretty nice then .

Its really cheap to move in but there might be a cochroach problem in some of the places i have a friend that lives there and the roaches are kind of starting to appear again and some of the apartments may have a bed bug problem

Hi Morrisha, I've lived here for about 3 months. I work a lot so I'm not home a ton, but its quiet, everyone seems to respect each others personal items out back. And like he said 2 large bedrooms with private baths. I dont have any issues with maintenance either, I reported a few minor things the first week I was here and they repaired the same day.

We love it here reasonable move in very reasonable rent and 2big bedrooms and each have their own private baths and not too far from all the action
