Terrible management and the owners judge people that are visiting residents. Claim to have 86'd me off of property for no other reason Besides Waiting at dog park area for my friend who's a resident there. Leasing agent is condescending and fake.

Absolutely beautiful place to live! Don’t let the surrounding area fool you. New management has their stuff together. They are constantly upgrading apartments, maintenance is fast, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. It is a small gated community off busy Boulder highway. Super close to anything your heart desires. For anyone struggling to find a place to call home - look no further. Desert Palms Apartments has been my sons and I home for the past three months and I couldn’t be happier 😊

Probably so. They rarely renew leases with their tenants for longer than 2 years. Eapecial when their residents can't pay gw rent after the investors raise their rent over $400 each year. High price to pay especially if you have visitors over and the leasing manager threatens to call the police on them for sitting at an empty dog park.
