I love this place! Jasmin and her manager are seriously badass!!! I effing love them. Great prices, great location, great building. The neighbors are cool AF and they stay themselves. Overall hands down an awesome place to live! I love my studio!

I found this complex while apartment searching from another state. I wanted to move to Vegas with a place to move in rather than going apartment hunting while here. I loved the virtual tour, and also the fact that I was able to facilitate the process online from long distance. Jasmine the housing coordinator made the process seamless, and answered all of my questions. I can say with certainty that the apartment is true to the actual virtual tour minus the furnishings in the model, (refrigerator included). The building is extremely quiet, nobody hanging out in the hallways, secured entry, and also clean and well maintained. Everything is working in the apartment as it should, and I have no complaints whatsoever. The apartment if configured right can fit much more than you expect. I would recommend this building especially since this area is developing, and I just read that Elon Musk will be extending an underground tunnel to Stewart st. that will transport people in self driving cars.

I love the Betty Jeanne! I am a first time renter and they made the process very easy for me. The apartments are up to date and clean. Very friendly staff and everyone respects each other when it comes to noise at certain hours of the day. Great experience so far.
