Area not the worst could be better tho walls are very thin however neighbors for the most part mind there own business and chill, or dumb stoner kids. But shared kitchen is a pain for now. Definitely affordable, but looking forward to moving out when I get my finances in order with my job and all. Over all my experience has leaned towards positive so far.

This is a wonderful place....pool area.....brand new mail boxes....and they have security..and the cost of living is excellent.... I love this place..I love to be here for 2023 2024 2025..2026 2027...I can keep going..love you viva apartments....

Hello Jennell, Unfortunately they do not come accessible with WIFI. However we will have our brand new Clubhouse accessible to WIFI for all of our residents.
The bed bug situation is out of control. Every building has many people suffering. I’ve had them for 2 months, threw out almost all my furniture, and still have bed bugs. They treat one unit, but they come back from the other units. It’s getting worse too.
