DO NOT RENT HERE. Our ac went out in the middle of summer our apartment reached 105. Never received any calls emails or text back regarding fixing the situation the only reason it got fixed a week later was because someone from a sister property came and fixed it. Otherwise we would have had to wait another couple of weeks until management came back and made the ordered. We still have yet to get a response regarding the rent considering we couldn’t stay here while it was out. Calls never get answered voicemails never returned. Sent multiple emails and still nothing and it’s been over a month. After we moved in it took them over a month to come fix some issues which were never really fixed. At this point we are just waiting for our lease to be up. Their excuse is always that they take care of emergencies first but the ac was an emergency and that still wasn’t taken care of asap or even acknowledged the problem. The only reason anything got done was because we called sister properties called any number we could find for anyone to do anything. Horrible communication. No ones ever in the office to speak when there is an issue and even when someone is there they avoid phone calls.

So sad you can’t enjoy the perks of paying $1000 a month. Packages stolen from in front of my own apartment. Missing mail. Roaches. Slow maintenance. There are a lot of issues here so not worth $1000. If you can find somewhere better if not then I suggest getting a P.O. Box instead of using the mailboxes here.

Sonia is AMAZING! She continuously helped me and my husband from start to finish with the move in process. As I was coming from Hawaii and my husband from California we felt secured in our decision to move here with how attentive, informative, and caring she has been....especially during the whole pandemic. Our building complex as well as our neighbors have been nothing but nice. The apartment complex is conveintly located to numerous stores so that's a huge plus. Lovely gated community and workers! Thanks again Sonia for being so good to us during this new chapter of our lives! If you're thinking about moving in Sonia is the one to help! 🤙🏽

I'm currently house hunting & had been calling westland apartments all morning(they're buying Vegas up, they own all the complexes now 😂😂. I came across many rude & uninformed people this morning until calling here. Sonya(spell check) not only had a great attitude but her customer service was amazing. She asked for my information so if any of the other properties had availability they could reach out to me, which is gonna save me alot of phone calls & time. Thanks for your help, I really appreciated it.
