Look at the reviews, there is a trend for a reason. This place is awful, especially the leasing and management team. Maintenance requests… it’s hot here and can be lethal in summer time. Our Air conditioner broke frequently and they refused to replace. So many issues, STAY AWAY!

I've been impressed with admin, grounds, security, maintenance, and honestly all interactions with Cabana Club staff. The place / grounds are well kept, the area has solid mature trees, family friendly, and safe. Security walks / drives around the property on random days / nights. The walking trails are a plus and amenities (gym, 2 pools, trails, playground, etc...) make it very convenient for fun living. Any maintenance ticket I've entered has been taken care of in less than 10 hrs (while I'm at work) and the admin staff is a pleasure to talk / work with. The overall location of the apartments are central to town and it's in a quite part of town. Keep up the stellar work crew. I don't write reviews, but I had to share some positive feedback.

I am going to write an ABSOLUTELY HONEST review here, and you can bet that this will happen to you if you move here. The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is the staff. They are friendly and ready to help. Bu that is where it ends. I don't even know where to begin. At the beggining it was a lovely complex, with affordable rent. First thing i noticed is that the building is old and built with bad quality material. So if you live on the first floor, be ready for extremely loud noises from the neighbors above you, even when they just walk. God forbid if they drop something. It has woken me up in the middle of the night numerous times. Furthermore, rent keep going up every year for about a $100. I wouldn't mind that as much if they: did not close the sauna that used to work, bring back the TV at the gym which was taken away and never returned, fix the entrance gate which was ALMOST ALWAYS broken, fix the door lock at the pool, door lock at the gym etc...so many things. The place started getting infested with ants which I tried EVERYTHING to get rid of, but unsuccessfully. Bunch of cockroaches too, but if you spray qround the building, you are good for a month. The ants, forget about it. After we moved out, they came out the ridicilous NONSENSE fees just to give you back as lees from your deposit as possible. Absolutely ridicilous. I was very excited to live there before i moved in, and I cannot believe that i am leaving a 2 star rivew only because of the stuff. Otherwise it would be zero if i could. And usually I am pretty generous when it comes to reviews. Good luck.

I recently moved to Cabana and so far the experience has been outstanding. Jessica, Yolanda, and Anais have been a really big help with the entire process. Also, the maintenance staff is quick and efficient. My favorite thing about living at Cabana is the main pool, very beautiful. I recommend living at Cabana Club Apartments.

Right? The unsupervised kids at the bus stop in the mornings, punch and kick the electrical box and I saw one try to rip down the sensor that let's cars in. No one does anything. No security at all
I am so sorry that was your experience. We have upgraded to a new security company, meet with them regularly to adjust strategies, and even have team members walking the community in the evenings. Additionally, we will be going live within the month with an upgraded Controlled access system that should greatly enhance the security of this community. I hope that helps you to understand our true commitment to creating a community you can be proud to call home.
They allow large breeds. We have the best dog in the apartment complex, she’s 65lbs!
Good Evening. Yes we do because we require all residents living in the community to go through the same screening process and criteria. We do this because of our commitment to your safety and for consistency. So with the steady stream of people coming in and out for Air BNB we cannot ensure that consistency and we would be defaulting on our promises to the community. Thank you for checking.
There is quite a range, anywhere from $1400 to $2000. I recommend calling the leasing office
