How convenient is The Martin to City Center by foot? It looks close on a map with what looks a footpath (via Google Maps). Is it close and really accessible?

When they were selling the units, one of the marketing messages they used was it takes less than 600 steps walking to City Center.

It is just over the bridge. It takes about 7 minutes to walk. Very easy and accessible.
