This place is disgusting I moved here a little over three months ago. The things I see are unreal. They keep this place filthy. First week I moved in here there was trash everywhere on the pathway to my appt. Just a week ago someone threw up in the rocks, the throw up has been and still is sitting there for a week straight. HOA does not care. I complained about the trash the first time and no one did anything.

These are beautiful owned Condominiums with a HOA here. The upkeep is well done as far as the landscaping and the look of the community. as far as being a guest sometimes the parking is not that great other than that never had any problems they have a beautiful gym, with all the equipment you need to get in shape.... They also have two gorgeous pools with hot tubs that are not working at the moment due to covid. These places have been here a long time and for the time that they have been here they still look amazing rather new.
