Many people think this is an apartment complex...well it isn't. It's one of the best kept HOA's in town. There has been many positive changes in the community in the last 3 years, yeah the virus has made things hard but you can't get mad at our HOA when they just follow the rules...landscaping is always looking great the men that clean here really work hard to get rid of leaves, the streets are clean and the security team could be better but not everything is perfect.

Lived there few years ,office not helping people most of time and like to make money towing cars!!

Great place to live if you follow rules and care about your neighbors. Always kept clean and well maintain. You of course will find SOME that don't pick up after their pets but they were never taught or don't care about others.
