I’ve only lived at this location for 2 weeks and I’m already upset by the service here. THE HOA keeps sending me violations that are LITERALLY for the previous tenant . Threatening me with noticed , emails and texts when none of the violations are from me as the new tenant. They are not up to date with their information and are unapologetic about how much stress this is causing me EVERYDAY! just terrible service, I just want to be treated with respect and compassion.

I really don't know who's open right now but there's lots of people moving out and moving in
I consider this place 14 years ago before I moved over here in Avilla Parks but now they want to sell this one I'm in and I wouldn't mind being over there it's just I don't believe they've ever had that pool open! the last time I talked to the HOA for that property they said they can't put up lounger out people steal everything.
They're all owned privately so it can be inexpensive like around 800 for one bedroom , I've heard of it going as high as 950. Most of the owners pay the HOA fees. It appears that the south side of the property is the more quieter side and appears a lot of the kids are on the Northern side but it's kept up it's kept clean and I like my neighbors
