We lived on the 29th floor of The Martin for less than two years before we ended up selling our unit due to the horrible management on site. Sharon Taggert, who was the lead manager of the building was awful to deal with when real issues were called out, and the HOA Board was also useless when it came to issues that were repeatedly raised by unit owners in the building. We saw many wonderful staff members and security guards either quit or be let go for unethical reasons. The valet workers were the best and they were treated with so little respect by the management. The cost of the units in this building, plus massive HOA fees...it's not worth your time. It's all smoke and mirrors in this place...trust me when I say it's not what it seems. Look elsewhere and buyer beware...

This place was really nice inside & out. The staff were very friendly and helpful as I have never been, I would've been lost without their help!! Awesome place. Great first time experience for delivering!

one of the receptionist is too rude if you don't like the job you do there. It is logical that if you work in a place where people go to register and go up to the condominiums, you have to deal with people every day, make calls and answer questions.
