The HOA here is the worst part no doubt. They rarely respond to emails in a timely manner If you get a response at all. Whoever is in charge of the executive management here is doing a poor job with making sure they are doing what needs to be done. I would unfortunately have to recommend anyone I know or clients to look for a different place to live or consider. The employees the HOA has in place is the problem. First service residential is always hit or miss.

Great place for folks who do business downtown. I moved here while WFH and was a bit disappointed by the lack of attention to detail when it came to amenities. The gym isn't 24 hours and is the size of a closet. The TV outside has a glare and is in the sun so you're better off watching inside. The work area is not closed in and is located in the lobby leaving no room for privacy or distance. The best part about living here was the concierge and the bar. The pool is just eh! I moved when a new owner wanted $2800 for a unit I'd been living in for $1000 less. I could rent 2 houses for that in the same neighborhood.
