They need to screen their residents better. Been here 4 years and have slowly watched the decline of this property. Trash everywhere. Broken down cars. Place has just become nasty.

Don't waste your time here. They're very shady and unprofessional. The property is beautiful but parking is very limited and the office manager Michelle is THE worst! Applied to move in and after we were approved, they doubled the deposit, raised the parking from $40 to $75, and changed the lease from 12 months to 6 months. Michelle the manager said they don't do 12 month leases even though I took a screenshot of the 12 month lease listed and they continue to advertise 12 month leases. I waited over a week for the manager to respond to my email but she never did! They NEVER answer the phones or emails. When I picked up my $300 money order for the "admin fee", I asked why she never replied to me and she said she's not always in that office. I said but you're the manager, it was over a week and a manager should always check the emails and all she replied with was "yeah I'm working on it". No apology or emotion. I told her she has zero customer service skills and don't know how she is the manager. Point is do not waste your time here. They are scammers and very unprofessional. Waste of time. When you enter the office they don't even greet you, you have to go look for them around the corner and ask to be helped bc they just sit there like they don't have a job to do. Not nice or welcoming at all. Luckily I had another apartment I was approved for and they were much more helpful and I'm so glad I didn't move to Borgata!

I had a package delivered and I was taken to the leasing office . I received the notification and drove right up to the office. The representative (female with nose ring) aggressively said that the leasing office doesn’t accept packages and that she turn the delivery company away . So I contacted the company where I purchased over 2k in dresses. They had the delivery company go back to the leasing office the next day as the delivered driver confidently claimed she passed the package to this individual . Again female with Nose ring denied to the delivery drivers face that she was handed a package. The situation got heated and the leasing agent female with nose ring walked into her office and pulled the package out of her desk drawer . Shame
